Charlie is the Aldersgate Group’s Public Affairs Manager, supporting the group’s engagement with policymakers.

Having started as a researcher and adviser in the Scottish Parliament, Charlie worked in public affairs consultancies in Edinburgh and London. This has given him a broad view of politics and policy across the UK. Public affairs clients Charlie managed included everything from multinational brands to third sector bodies.

Charlie holds an undergraduate degree in Theology from the University of Oxford.
